Large company near Overland, MO is looking for an Administrative Assistant with some Purchasing experience. Pay starts at $23/hr and could go permanent for the right person!
Administrative Assistant duties include:
Enter orders into there ERP system
Update P.O. numbers
Large scale ordering of supplies including kitchen, janitorial, office needs
Administrative Assistant experience needed:
2-3 year administrative assistant experience
Purchasing or large order experience
MS Word and Excel plus ERP experience preferred
Pay is $23/hr.
Hours can be 7a-3:30p, 8a-4:30p or similar.
